The questions people actually ask before they commit. If yours is not here, just ask — I will add it.
That is the normal starting point, not a problem. Plenty of clients come with a phone full of job photos and nothing else.
For imagery I will use good-quality stock photography suited to your sector at no extra cost. For text, I will draft something from a short conversation about what you do and you correct it — that is usually far easier than staring at a blank page. If you want a proper logo designed or professional photography arranged, I will point you to someone who does that properly, because I do not.
You see it before anyone else does. Nothing is published until you have reviewed a private preview link and said you are happy.
If the direction is wrong, that is what the revision rounds are for. Standard includes 2 rounds, Professional 3, Premium 5. In practice most projects use one.
Yes, and this matters more than most people realise.
Your domain is registered in your name, not mine. On final payment, the finished design and the code written for your project become yours. If you want to move to another provider in two years, you can take the site with you and I will help you move it.
This is worth checking with anyone you get a quote from. A number of cheap website deals leave the provider owning the domain, which means you cannot leave.
No. Methodiqal is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the total price you pay. There is nothing to add on top.
The website itself is a one-off payment. The ongoing costs are the domain name, roughly £8 to £15 a year, and hosting, which for a site of this kind is often free and rarely more than £100 a year.
Both are billed directly to you by the provider, in your name. I do not mark them up.
If you would rather not think about any of it, the £39 a month care plan covers hosting, backups, updates and small changes.
Standard is 5 working days, Professional 10, Premium 15.
The clock starts when your deposit has cleared and I have all the materials I have asked for. It does not run from the day you enquired, and it pauses whenever I am waiting on you for feedback or content. That is the only way a short turnaround can be honest.
Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Additional pages are £50 each and can be added to any package, before or after launch.
Blog articles do not count towards your page limit, because they run off a template built once. Write as many as you like.
Sometimes. If it is a standard platform and reasonably built, small changes are usually possible. If it was built on something unusual or is in poor shape, rebuilding is often cheaper than repairing.
If your existing site works but nobody can find it, the £199 SEO Audit and Fix is probably what you want — that is specifically for improving a site you already have.
No one can promise that, and anybody who does is either misinformed or hoping you are.
What I can tell you is what I actually do: every site is built to load fast, work properly on phones, and be structured so search engines can read it. That is the foundation. Ranking well on top of that depends on your sector, your competition and how much content you build up over time.
No, and that is deliberate. Everything runs by email and over the phone, which is a large part of why the turnaround is days rather than months — there are no diaries to align.
If you would rather talk something through before committing, that is completely fine. Just ask.
I do not build sites for gambling, alcohol, adult content, or anything I would be uncomfortable explaining to my family.
I will also turn down a project I am not the right fit for. If you genuinely need a £5,000 custom build with booking and stock control, I will say so rather than sell you something that will not do the job.
The deposit is not refundable once work has started, because it reserves time I have set aside for you.
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you have additional statutory cancellation rights. Those are set out in full in the Terms of Service.
